Ps4 – play FIFA 15 with the friend who has android phone

Two keyboards would work together, but they shall after that combine into one keyboard (main input),

Keyboard 1 + Keyboard 2 = One joint output

Meaning you could possibly play one game and split up who wants to play when? But then you could just use one keyboard. If the game does have split screen or two players at once, you shall have to figure out how to separate one keyboard from the other.

Yes- but she can't play any PS4 games through remote play while you're playing one. If she's playing a downloaded or physical Vita game, there should be no conflict issues.

I've actually tried this with the PS4 and Vita before, as I have my PS+ account on both systems, as well as my PS3.
