The game "No more room in hell" will not show the option to remove when I right click on it. I installed the game through Desura quite some time ago and it put it in my steam library but now I want it out of there. Any idea of how I can do that?

As of the latest update to Steam, you can now PERMANENTLY remove games from your Steam account!
Steps
- Log into Steam Support
- Select Games, Software, etc.,
- Select the game from the search function that shows up
- Select the option: I want to permanently remove this game from my account.
- Select the option: Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently.
- Repeat as many times as you have games you'd like to get rid of.
You can browse over your entire library and choose which software you'd like to permanently get rid of. But note, once you have removed a game from your library, it's gone permanently, so if later down the road you'd like it back you'll have to purchase it again.
You'll also need to watch out for some other issues. The thread linked above has noted that if the game is part of a bundle (HumbleBundle, etc.), removing one game from a "package" may require you to remove all the games from that specific bundle.
Right click on the game name in your library and choose 'view screenshots'.
Steam doesn't know what to do with non-Steam games other than run them, and use the overlay on them (sometimes), so it doesn't show any images or other data about the game in the library.
To add these screenshots (or any others) to your profile page online, select the image in the 'screenshot viewer' using the step above, and then click the 'upload' button on the right.

Since it's a mod residing in Steam's
steamapps\sourcemodsfolders (see here), either delete that folder (probablynmrih, automatically also removing the Steam entry) or use Desura again to uninstall it there, which also should remove the Steam entry and folder.In case the folder cannot be entirely deleted despite Steam being closed (e.g. Windows may claim you need Administrator permissions even though you have them), use the tool unlocker.
