The Humble Monthly February bundle contains an "exclusive sneak peek" of Hollow Knight. Is this a demo? Is it the full game in an unfinished state? If it is currently unfinished, will it be updated when the game is finished?

On your download page, you can optionally get a key to redeem your Humble Bundle #2 games (first shelf) on Steam and / or Desura. Not all of the games are on Steam yet: Cortex Command and Revenge of the Titans will automatically be added to your library once they make their Steam debut.

There has also been some discussion in gaming chat about the ethics of giving away extra humble bundle keys, as the site says the keys are for your sole use.
The original discussion was here. Ullallulloo emailed Humble Bundle support and asked for us. He posted the reply in chat here. Here's what it said:
"Our Steam keys do not generate giftable copies on Steam. Please consider your bundle a "unit" and not to share copies of the games or Steam keys from it.
If you'd like to give a copy of the games away, we have a system in place that allows you to buy a gift key from www.humblebundle.com so your friends can have access to direct downloads as well as any Steam or other keys we have included.

They are not the full games, and usually consist of a demo to play.

It is possible that they are demos of a finished game, which usually means the developer didn't want to give away the whole game to HumbleBundle, or it means that it is in fact an unfinished game and it's a genuine sneak peek at a product they intend to release eventually; however, if they do not specifically state that you will eventually be given the game, you will not be given the full game upon release.
