Where to steal items to deconstruct

In TESO, I have this technique to improve my blacksmithing rather fast:

find an closed door armory and get inside
steal all the weapons
log-out then log-back in
repeat steps 2 and 3 until your inventory is full
deconstruct everything and gain 1-2 levels of blacksmithing.

For blacksmithing, for instance, I found the Red Squall Armory in Wayrest.

Are there other closed-doors locations like that where you can steal in large batches

light/medium armor?
bows/staves/shields?

Note: the closed-door part is really important as if you mess up and get caught, you can continue your stealing without having the guards harassing you.

Sabyssa's Blacksmith, in Stormhaven, the first town from Glendura.

You can easily get away with stealing 15 or so weapons a login, with out bounty increase.

You can also smith, nearby.

The Launcher for Elder Scrolls Online lives in its own folder. By default this folder will be:

C:\Program Files\Zenimax Online\Launcher

or (if using 64 bit Windows)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher

Since you're able to customise the installation location of the launcher, this path may be different for you - if this is the case, you can find where the launcher is installed on your machine by searching your computer for Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe.

All of the downloaded launcher data will be stored here if you wish to remove it, along with the uninstaller for the launcher.

Find a bard singing “Three Hearts as One?”

The song is a rather patriotic tune about the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, so firstly, you're gonna need to be in one of their cities. It's just not the sort of thing a Covenant or Dominion bard is ever gonna sing.

Beyond that, it should be possible to hear it in basically every tavern where someone sings; all the bard songs in the game were recorded by numerous voice actors, so every bard voice can sing every possible song. You may, however, need to wait a short while for that particular song to come up.

The first place where I can outright guarantee that the song plays, is in Davon's Watch, the city you initially spawn in upon leaving the tutorial as a Pact character. The tavern there, known as The Watch House, has a bard singing in the kitchen area on the right, and she does occasionally sing Three Hearts As One. It's right near the temple/mages guild, and across the street from a bank.

Unfortunately, I don't know how they handled translating the songs; the German version may be completely different.
