I use Khepri a lot, specifically in Arena, and I've noticed that some moves nullify his blessing. For example, an ally who is blessed and then gets killed by Ao Kuang's ultimate will not be revived. I assume this has something to do with the "assassination" type of ultimate that Ao Kuang has, but I haven't seen another move consistently nullify the blessing like his ultimate always does.
Are there any other powers or ultimates that nullify Khepri's special, causing an ally to not be revived?

All basic attacks do physical damage. That's what balances Physical and Magical gods. Magical damage gods do a lot of damage with their skills, but their basic attacks are weak. Physical damage gods have strong basic attacks, but weaker skills. (Some of them have strong skills, but those ones have melee autoattacks so they're not overpowered.)
You can tell what type of damage a skill does by looking at its description.
There are two things you have to look at, what type of damage an ability does and what stat it scales with. In the above picture you can see the line Damage: Magical. That means that ability does Magical Damage, which in-turn means an enemies protection against this skill would depend on their Magical Protection stat.
Then look at the Damage per hit line. The numbers in green are the base amount of damage that skill does at each level of its evolution, in this picture, the skill does 100 base damage per hit when it is level 1, and 180 base damage per hit when it is level 5. Then look in the parenthesis next to it and it will tell you that that ability does an addition amount of damage per hit that is equal to 70% of your Magical Power.
The second line, the one in the parenthesis tells you what stat that ability scales with, so if you want that ability to be strong, you have to increase the correct stat.
The damage scaling for magical characters (mages and guardians) is 20% of their magical power. Physical gods get 100% scaling.
the formula is: (Base Damage + (Base Damage per lvl × God's lvl)) + (100% of Physical Power OR 20% of Magical Power)
so as an example. Anubis's base damage at lvl 1 is 35 and every level he gains 1.5. If he got 100 magical power, the formula becomes (35+(1.5*1)) + (100*.2)) = 56.5.
Anubis will deal 56 damage to the enemy if they have 0 protections.
Yes, building magical power is not only good for your skills, but your basic attacks as well.

Every spell counted as an execution will nullify the blessing of Khepri.
So yes, there is another, which is Thanatos ultimate, and this is why thanatos came back into the meta, because of all the Khepris.
Feel free to comment if there are other ones I'll add them to the answer, but i'm pretty sure Ao kuang and Thanatos are the only two.
