I am trying to get the 'Tabula Rasa' achievement on PAYDAY 2 and I wanted to know what the required perks and skills are to get it. You can view it here: http://steamcommunity.com/stats/PAYDAY2/achievements/. I have already got the dodge build, with only a 10% chance of dodging. I do not want to spend my points on getting a 30% chance but is the 30% chance required?
Which perks and skills needed to get Tabula Rasa

The following abilities will affect all weapons:
- Leadership (when Aced)
- Hard Boiled (when Aced)
- Overkill (when Aced)
The Mag Plus skill in tier 6 of the Technician tree increases magazine size for all weapons that do not have a fixed magazine size. This basically means "all weapons" excluding the Bronco (it's a revolver...) and the Mosconi 12G (it's a double barrel shotgun...).
In addition to the above, each class of weapons gets additional bonuses as follows;
Pistols
Pistols are affected by the abilities Equilibrium, Gunslinger, Leadership and (excluding the STRYK 18c) Sharpshooter. The pistols in game are as follows;
- Chimano 88
- Crosskill
- Bronco .44
- Bernetti 9
- STRYK 18c
- Deagle
All pistols are secondary weapons. Pistols fitted with silencers (the Bronco .44 cannot be fitted with a silencer) also pick up bonuses from Silent Killer and The Professional.
Shotguns
Shotguns are affected by the abilities Shot Impact, Shotgun CQB, Hard Boiled, Overkill and Sharpshooter. The shotguns in game are as follows;
- Reinfeld 880
- IZHMA 12G
- Mosconi 12G
- Locomotive 12G
All shotguns except the Locomotive 12G are primary weapons. It is possible to silence all of the shotguns apart from the Mosconi 12G, and doing so will pick up bonuses from Silent Killer and The Professional.
Submachine Guns
Submachine guns get bonuses from SMG Specialist, which can be aced to provide further bonuses. The submachine guns in game are as follows;
- Mark 10
- Compact-5
- Para
- CMP
- Krinkov
- Kobus 90
Submachine guns are secondary weapons. They can also be fitted with silencers allowing them to pick up bonuses from Silent Killer and The Professional.
Assault Rifles
Assault rifles are affected by the abilities Kilmer, Rifleman and Sharpshooter when aced. The M308 rifle is considered a single shot assault rifle due to its semi automatic nature. This means the M308 rifle picks up bonuses from Sharpshooter to reduce spread, in addition to the aced bonus.
The assault rifles in game are as follows;
- AMCAR
- AK
- CAR-4
- UAR
- JP36
- AK .762
- M308
- AK5
- AMR-16
Assault rifles are primary weapons and they can be fitted with silencers, allowing them to pick up bonuses from Silent Killer and The Professional.
It's a % chance but you can have multiple attempts at dominating an enemy. The following factors seem to come into play when trying to dominate somebody:
- The level and type of enemy
- The number of enemies around at the time (large groups seem to just ignore you, while a guard by themselves will back down easier)
- The guard/police officers alert state (they're more likely to surrender if you jump out from around a corner at them and start screaming at them than if they're already actively engaged with you, but it's still possible to injure one and then shout him down)
- How far away you are from the guard/police officer
- The skills you have, the tier 3 bonus increases shout range and the tier 6 bonus increases intimidation amount
If you get too close to a guard, he will simply handcuff you and if you're too far away though (and don't have the top tier mastermind perk which increases intimidation and the additional skills that increase range) then you will simply be out of range.
Once you have your target's attention, intimidating them requires three shouts.

- The first shout will make him put his hands up and drop his weapon
- The second will make him kneel
- The third will make him handcuff himself
Once your target is handcuffed, he is a hostage and is included in the hostage counter, can be traded for your team mates lives, and can only be freed by a law enforcer. A handcuffed law enforcer can then be turned using the "Joker" ability in the Mastermind skill tree to fight on your side.

In order to do the Tabula Rasa achievement you, and your entire crew, needs to have no skill points assigned at all, and wear no armour (suits only). You also need to equip the Golden AK.762 rifle and a Chicago Typewriter submachine gun whilst in Overkill or Deathwish (a crazy thing to do IMO). You can use any melee weapon you like, however I would recommend you try not to get into a situation where you would need any.
For your perk deck I'd probably pick Rogue (completed) as then you'll get some Dodge which helps, a little, but the higher your dodge chance the better - less damage means you'll live longer. IIRC the dodge chance is per bullet, not that 30% of bullets will miss. Just stay crouched, move constantly as if you stop you'll be an easy target, and take planned shots - remember you won't have much ammo. Day 1 is the hardest due to lack of cover, but my crew and I managed to do Day 2 a lot easier (took a couple of attempts, and a few more to complete Day 1). When you're escaping move together, as it's important you don't get downed in the final bit as you'll risk it for anybody coming to save you.
My source(s) for this are the Achievements page which tells you exactly what you need re guns / skills, and from completing it when it comes to the perk deck.
Edit: You can modify the weapons you use to whatever specification you want (assuming you have the necessary mods), this will make it a little easier rather than using the base specifications.
