I recently bought the Rocket League Collector's Edition for my Xbox One and the four additional cars got installed straight away. However, when I accessed the garage, the cars from the included DLC packs were not there.
They are not in the Windows Store either, but the game case says they're included on the disc. I have fully installed the game, but the cars still won't appear.
Is my Collector's Edition disc incomplete or do I somehow unlock the cars in a different way?
You cannot reset the level, but with the latest update you can hide it completely. In the Garage, the far right tab will let you select to either show or hide your skill level.
Yes, according to this reddit thread, both your ranks and items are stored locally.
Your save file should be located in a folder inside \Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\SaveData\. Deleting it will reset your progress.
However, if you have Steam cloud synchronization on, you will just download the save from the cloud, so you either need to turn the cloud synchronization off or forcefully overwrite the cloud contents (see here for an extensive description on how to do so).
Your DLC items should still be available (but make a backup before trying), since it acts the same as if you bought the game with all DLC and started it for the first time.
