Somehow, I am not able to see App Launcher Menu and it supposed to be available after Winter 14.
I have gone through this Video – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_cTGhxPJHQ and also from this post Salesforce Identity – App Launcher, However i am not able to configure it.
"Use Identity Feature" i also provided in profile.
As, option was not available so i tried to install "Salesforce clients connected apps" also but didnt worked.
You can use the describeTabs method to list the current applications and determine if the selected app is the one your looking for. I created a HTML side bar component with an IFRAME containing this page, when i switch applications it updates with accordingly.

The terms and conditions of the google maps api, which Find Nearby relies on, where changed as of February 1st. All users now need a google apps for business license to use this app, which starts from $10,000 per year. Without this, the map will be replaced with a link to purchase a license.
The key message is:
Note: The "Find Nearby - Accounts, Contacts, Leads" AppExchange package does not have a commercial agreement with Google. You will need to obtain a Google Maps API for Business license to continue using this package.
Given that Salesforce doesn't provide a license with this application, I'd imagine they have decided to pull the application. You might want to take a look at the Geopointe application (I have no affiliation, I just think its a good product) as this handles the licensing side of things for you:

This is answer to my own Question.
Permission "Enable Salesforce Identity", needs to be enabled by Salesforce Support. My Organization was not having this permission.
Now, its Working.
