[SalesForce] Customization of Profile Menu element in Community Builder

The Invoice object probably isn't on the list because it's part of the managed package which hasn't been released for use in a Community. Only standard objects that are available for the community type and custom objects you've created will be visible along with managed package objects that have been released for use in Communities. Check the managed package to see if it's available for use in a Community. You may need a separate license from the vendor to use it in your Community.

Step 3: Go to the Community Management console and update your administrative settings, topics, moderation criteria, etc. as these do not carry over automatically.

is outdated as of recently:

Update - NavigationMenu Metadata Type (v47)

NavigationMenu is available as of version 47 to migrate custom navigation menus created using Community Builder.

However, the change set still does not cover everything, you will still have to modify some things manually through the builder.
