we are using salesforce marketing cloud V5 connector to connect between salesforce and marketing cloud
when we check email opt-out in contact, it is not reflecting in all subscribers in marketing cloud
is this issue with V5 connector or any other thing we are missing here
In my experience, the only way to achieve this globally (and without code) is to use the unsubscribe/resubscribe custom links. It sounds like you are already using this (included with the Installed Package). Even if you resubscribe the contact in Marketing Cloud, it will not share the update with the Email Opt Out field in Salesforce.
Make sure your user has the needed permission sets for Marketing Cloud Connect applied, as well as having the Sales/Service Cloud User integrated with a Marketing Cloud user with the correct permissions. Field level security settings on the Contact/Lead object's opt out field could also have an impact on the email send.
If that doesn't help there may be a problem with the API user integration.
