[SalesForce] Force.com IDE Install Error with Eclipse 4.2

I'm installing the Force.com plugin for Eclipse but received the error below. I'm using Eclipse 4.2 and I received the same error with 4.3. I tried using an older version of Eclipse, 3.6, but the installation continuously timed out after reaching 10% completion.

Here are the application and error details:

Windows 7
64-bit
jdk 1.7
jre 7
Eclipse 4.2 Juno
Force.com v29.0

Eclipse 4.2 “Juno” and 4.3 "Kepler" are the most recently supported version of Eclipse.

[SalesForce] Unable to connect to Force.com after installing IDE

Uncheck 'Show only the latest versions of available software' and install version 30 of the plugin.

adnsandbox.com is mentioned in the help documentation but I would much rather use the standard installation source.

You may need to uninstall version 31 by going to Help > About > Installation Details.

Once your org has been updated to version 31 you can uninstall update your plugin to version 31.

[SalesForce] Deployment Error using Force.com IDE in Eclipse

The weblink is available in your object (the xml file where you copied the above weblink info from, but you're not having it in your deployment.

As you're deploing the layout, where the button is on you also have to include the button itself.

Your package.xml needs to include:

<types>
     <member>KNDY4__Accounting_Entry__c.Account_Inquiry</member>
     <name>WebLink</name>
</types
