[SalesForce] How to create a 100% fully custom branded Community

I wanted to let everyone know that I did get this resolved. Below is the code. (whew!) I could not get the product information and the rating information in the same table, so - if you have any suggestions about that it would be appreciated. But this does what we needed it to do, so I felt like it was the final answer.
