[SalesForce] How to get the customer access to library

I have create a customer portal community where i have created a user with Customer Portal Manager US profile (clone of Customer Portal Manager) And have View Content in Portals = true in my profile. I have added the user as author(and also changed to library admin and viewer for tested) for all this permissions i am able to see the contact from library but when i click on to download from library is asking for login. Is it not possible to download files from library by a customer user. Please guide me to get the solution for this issue.

Referring to following links customer communities dont have access to content. Content is available only for partner communities
