[SalesForce] How to order lightning experience tabs
How can I order tabs in Salesforce Lightning Experience app? Please note that some of these tabs are default object tabs and some are lightning app pages.

To rearrange tab order, your app should be of type "Lightning"
Please follow these steps:
Goto Setup Home
Open App Manager
Search for your app
Look at the list - if at the column "APP TYPE" it says "Classic" - you need to click on the drop-down arrow and select "Upgrade", then on the popup select a new app name and click "Upgrade".
5. Now your "APP TYPE" (the newly upgraded one or the old one) is "Lightning", click on the drop-down arrow and select "Edit".
A new page opens - select the "SELECT ITEMS" tab and choose and rearrange your app's tabs:
Setup Home>Apps>App Manager
There is a drop down arrow to the right of each app, click edit. You can then select the object you would like to add tabs for each app.
After working with Salesforce customer support (partner case 15485269), this issue which occurred in the Winter '17 release has been resolved in the Spring '17 release. I have tested on my own org where the issue occurred and verified their fix after it was upgraded to Spring '17.
