Requirement..
we want to modify the record of an object without giving System Admin Permission, means at user mode.
How we do the needful, we tried with the help flow and process builder but unable to launch the visual flow which has screen through process builder because process builder run's in a system mode.
Can you please suggest the appropriate way to solve the business requirement.
Here is a quick and dirty example of an implementation via an Action on the Quote Object:
When the checkbox is changed, you can use a PB to update the related Opportunity.
To create an action, navigate to the Object Manager, choose Buttons, Links and Actions, and create a new Action. Choose to update a record, and select the checkbox field in the Page Layout. In the 'Predefined Field Values' section, set your Quote status to 'Accepted'.
Repeat the steps for a 'Quote Denied' action.
You cannot update Auto Number fields, by nature.
If you want to have a Name field that includes an Auto Number as well as some text derived from other fields on the record, you should add a non-Name Auto Number field to your object. You can then use Process Builder to populate the Name field with a formula incorporating that Auto Number field along with any other text you wish to include.
Note, however, that because the Name field is required, you'll have to start populating something as a placeholder at the time of creating the record, prior to the point at which your Process Builder takes over and generates a name. This can be a bit of a slog to get right across all UI facets; users generally don't want to have to enter "placeholder" values.
You might also consider keeping the Name as Auto Number and populating a different field - say, Description - with your more detailed record identifier.

You can use the Flow to update another field, that then triggers the Process Builder that will run in System and modify the record the Running User is unable to modify.
The only other option would be to possibly use an Apex plugin.
There is no way to make your Visual Flow run as System.
