I am building a form which in the end is having some declaration which needs to be checked by the user in order to go to the next screen. Unable to get the same using checkbox and have used checkbox group however even in checkbox group selection of one is mandatory.
Is there any way to have all needs to be checked to move to the next screen As group is having only one marked as required condition
The Record Choice Set retains a concatenated string value (of Choice Stored Values - typically record IDs) of the selected choices. This then needs to be parsed to get to the individual values.
A good approach is to use a separate lookup to create an sObject collection variable, which replicates the dynamic choice lookup, then parse the dynamic choice output string to check if it contains the id (i.e. it was selected). It's a bit painful, but works.
1) Ensure that your dynamic record choice is storing the record ID
2) Take note of the record choice API name
3) Assign choice to a text variable
4) Work through your separate lookup to see if the ID is 'contained' in the returned string...
The Get Records element in the new Flow Builder parallels the old Fast Lookup, and it comes with an option to support selecting more than one record to a Record Collection variable.
To configure that choice, double-click on the Get Records element to open its Edit screen. Then, find the section shown below:
Select, as shown here, "All Records", and name an sObject collection variable, to store all of the records matching the query that you specify.

To make chcekbox as required which is not a option as default in salesforce. I have used the validation part with the formula as
IF({!checkoxAPIName}=TRUE,TRUE,FALSE)
and correspondingly showed the error message
