[SalesForce] Moving Communities with Change Sets

I am moving a community for the first time. I just refreshed the Partial Sandbox and there is nothing there at all.

I am getting bad error messages that make very little sense:

Missing feature, Details: Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: Networks

Missing feature, Details: Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: Moderation Rules

Missing feature, Details: Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: User Criteria

Missing feature, Details: Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: Keyword Lists

I check this link:

and this:

but neither really make mention of what I have missed.

Thoughts?

In the new sandbox, try going into Setup > Communities and enable Communities. This is a prerequisite step to deploying Communities to an org.

As far as I understand, when reading https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/214/latest/en-us/sfdc/pdf/snapins_web_dev_guide.pdf, this is only used for sending custom events back and forth from agent to customer and vice versa. I'm sure you might be able to add some extra things in there, but not sure if they will work or not.

If my understanding is correct you have created multiple navigation menus and want to use them based on page variant.

In case that is the case please ref. this document

User subMenu: An optional property, which is an array of menu items.

I think to select submenu based on user profile you can render different menus.
