i followed the steps here to add in Email Action for Salesforce1 user to send email from their tablet/smart phones. I have added the Send Email action to all my case page layout but in my Salesforce1 i do not see this action on the case.
Any thoughts?

If i login from mobile website to Salesforce then I am able to see the Send Email Action. Why is that?
Ok. Well, I carried on working around in my org, and eventually got a "contact pages just loading up completely blank" problem.. so I force closed SF1 on the iPad, launched it again, and low and behold not only had the Contact detail page come back, the custom object detail page was now supported by mobile devices.
So my answer is, turn it off and on again...
From the Admin Guide these are called as record actions and you cant add or delete them

Ok, solved. I had to uninstall the Salesforce1 mobile apps and re-install again and the Send Email Action appeared.
