My patio concrete shows multiple pieces put together in the past
I am thinking of renting a concrete grinder 10” and make it even. Then either paint or put something on top to cover. I may fill the crack with some adhesive or concrete caulking (not sure which).
Do you think above is good idea? The cost for those will be $100 vs $5000 to redo entire slab.
A layer of leveling compound will result in a very clean look, but it may not withstand the abuse that it will receive in an industrial environment. The result could be a lot of chipping of all your hard work, making it look worse than before you started. If you're just patching, make sure to clean out the divot in the concrete to get the sides clean and vertical, if not a little past vertical, so that the patch can't pop back out.
When power washing indoors, make sure you turn the electricity off first.
For painting the walls, a paint sprayer will get the job done the fastest. Just get some coveralls and respirator.
For the floor, I would look into an anti-skid sealer that will look good, improve the durability, and keep you safe.
We had an almost identical situation in a former garage that we refinished to be an office. Our contractor suggested this and we liked the result: he installed a piece of wood about an inch out from the concrete, putting insulation between them and keeping the wood a consistent and level height - a little higher than the concrete. I can't remember if it was pink fluffy insulation or spray stuff. Then a shelf about 6 inches out from the wall - nice and level by being a bit up from the concrete and supported by the vertical wood, and there's insulation under the shelf too. The whole thing is a good looking clear pine and is well varnished.

The shelf runs around the entire room and is remarkably useful for something so low. It hides all the lumpy bumpy aspects of the concrete and while it's not something you see everywhere, no-one has ever mentioned it so it can't be that unusual.

Your profile says Seattle. The weathering of the wood says that you get a fair amount of water.
That slab is too high relative to your siding and probably the threshold of your door. Modern code says 4" from top of slab to top of impermeable layer.
If you are keeping the house for more than 10 years, I'd ditch the slab, set the grade to the correct height, put down landscape fabric, throw down a layer of sand, set some pavers and then lay down pressure treated sleepers and composite decking on top to match the height of your door threshold. This should improve drainage, reduce splash back, minimize wicking of water into your siding, minimize damage to your wood post, help deal with potential snow accumulation near wood.
While you are re-grading put down some conduit before the sand/pavers so you can run low voltage patio lighting later.
