Toilet seats are available in a variety of colors and materials, plastic, wood, padded. There are dozens if not hundreds of options.
Your toilet appears? to have an elongated bowl, as opposed to a standard bowl, so you need to make sure you get an elongated seat.
Most seats are universal fit, except for some custom toilets, so you should be able to buy an elongated seat, or a standard, in a color you like. Just two bolts at the back of the seat go though two corresponding holes in the bowl.
You can get soft close hinges to keep it from slamming down.
Yes, it's trivial. The seat is held on by bolts that go through the toilet and are secured underneath with large nuts. These days the nuts are usually plastic and designed to be tightened/loosened by hand.
The spacing between the nuts is standardized, at least in the US, so the only measurement you need is front-to-back. There are a few different sizes, but basically the break down to "circular" or "oval" and a generic seat of the right type will almost always work fine.
It will usually come with fresh mounting nuts. Insert the bolts through the holes, reach underneath and install the nuts firmly in place (you may want to try wiggling the seat a bit to make sure the nuts have properly centered themselves and seated", and you're done
.
It looks like there should be a bolt with a hex-head that you unscrew using a spanner (wrench) to replace the hinge mounting (the hinge itself appears to be integral to the seat).
It's a designer toilet, designers tend to prioritise visuals over practicality.
If you put some pulling force under part 4 (e.g. lever with a screwdriver using a small dowel as a fulcrum) it might create enough friction on the (presumed) captive nut or insert to hold it in place while you unscrew the bolt.
