So I'm about to tile my bathroom floor but the toilet flange broke and can't get it out I tried with a chisel and hammer but I think I got the pipe to so how can I fix this situation I got here

You can purchase a toilet flange repair at any big box hardware store.
Remove the wax ring (buy a new one), remove the bolts, and mount this on top of the existing broken flange:
Then reattach the toilet as per normal, making sure not to over tighten.
Tip, seat the toilet firmly on the wax ring before you tighten the bolts, and use a STANDARD sized wax ring not a jumbo - if the toilet starts out firmly on the floor before you start tightening then you know you're tight enough when the washer starts to bend in just a little.
Check out some of the fittings and repair parts from Oatey. Not sure what sizes of pipe you have. But if you have a 4 inch pipe, 43539 is supposed to slide inside of it. It has a rubber piece that expands using 3 socket cap screws.

I have been repairing my own toilet bend, which is a lead piece coming from a cast iron drain stack. I would have used that part above, but I think I'm going to go with a 3x4 repair flange instead because this non expanding flange was shorter and fit better. The "3x4" part means it will fit over a 3" pipe or fit inside a 4" pipe.
I hope this helps, every toilet flange problem is different. I had to buy many of the repair parts and test fit them before I found the right piece.

Assuming the pipe below the concrete is OK, you can buy a replacement flange that is designed to sit inside the pipe and grip the pipe in such as way as to secure the toilet
If the pipe below the concrete is damaged, you'll need to excavate the concrete and replace the entire damaged section. The good news there is you can install a new flange directly connected to the pipe then.
