I have an old brass bed frame with 15 years of tarnish and I've been trying to use Brasso, but the process is long and tedious. Does anyone know of an easier way to remove tough tarnish from brass?

Step 1: A pressure washer, done as quickly as possible. They are not expensive, going for about $100 for a basic one that will probably be adequate.
Step 2: A camera system, motion activated, to catch the miscreants when they return. Take them to court.
Step 3: Relax.
If anyone else has this problem, don't try to take the dryer apart!
I found it's much easier - stick your head in the dryer, and get a good look at the Outlet Grill (Bulkhead Part #32). (If the hyperlink breaks, the Outlet Grill is the part that holds the lint filter). Lint covers up recessed screws on the grill that you need to remove.
Once you get the Outlet Grill off, you have plenty of space to get into the lint duct and clear it out.

A drill mounted buffing ball or disc should eliminate most of the elbow grease needed for the job.
