So I just got a city out of an ideological revolt, its been annexed and yatta yatta. For whatever reason, I traded the city back to its original owner before telling it to produce something. Only now I can't end the turn because the city still needs me to tell it what to build, which I can't because it's not mine anymore. I've tried the shift+enter trick to no success. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Many retail stores provided different or unique perks included in the list above, so it is difficult to give a full list. Also it is not possible to buy a supreme version with all the perks listed above.
Note that There is no hard copy manual released with any versions of Civlization 5, further more there are no hard copies of the technology tree.

What you may have seen on youtube was the Collectors edition artwork book
This is not the manual, but a picture book containing artwork related to the game. As far as I know, this edition was only produced as a once only batch when the game was released and it is quite difficult to find copies for sale.
After some experimentation, I guessed it was because the game was trying to show me too many things on the turn transition - so what I did was to change to strategic view (F10) just before clicking "next turn", then the transition was quick and I was able to reach the next turn without crashing. I then changed back from strategic to normal view.
I didn't have to do it in subsequent turns, passing that turn everything seemed to go back to normal.

Well, according to this page it's a known bug.
Some users recommended to perform a rightclick. (I really don't know, how this may unstuck te game :D ) If this doesn't work you should have got the autosaves. Which means you lose the last few Minutes.
