I like to sign in for beta games in my battle.net account. It says I have to register at least one game. If I want to add a game it needs the game key, but I just own CD-Keys of my Diablo 2 game, and the expansion Lord of Destruction. Is there a way to convert my CD-Keys to Game Keys?

You would have to change your "COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE" option on battle.net unfortunately it can only be done if you contact blizzard support and make up some good story why you need it to be changed.Note that doing this could cause you bunch of new problems.
Other thing you could do is order retail copy online from Amazon or any other sites if you manage to find it cheaper,most of the sites have a pre-order discount if you order before game release so you could pass even cheaper,the problem here is you will have to make sure that shipping & border control won't charge you sin you could end up paying even more.
You can log in to battle net and go to
https://us.battle.net/account/management/
(eu or us shouldn't matter)
Click on Diablo II, you'll be taken to the page with the key(screenshot is in Italian, but that shouldn't be a problem):

The CD key is the key you need. Simply type in the key you already have, and the game should be added to your account. You can also download the game from the website after you've done this.
For Diablo II, I seem to recall it generates a new, longer key, and I think you'll need this longer key for the downloadable version - but as long as you use your CDs, you can just keep using the key you already have.
