In Salmon Run, How is it decided how much P you get (to get the bonuses)?
We see the operation at the end that it's a P x Paygrade = Bonus Progression. But how is that P decided?
I think it's golden eggs combined with eggs, but if it is, what are the ratios?
After you beat the first boss in Splatoon 2 you should receive a message from Marie and Sheldon that will unlock the ability to upgrade your weapons and gear which is near the start of the first area in Octo Valley. Once you unlock the weapon modification station you are able to use your sardinium and eggs you find during the single player levels to upgrade your gear.
Profreshional, 99-999 points, 200%-435% pay grade
The highest rank title is Profreshional. When you attain that rank, you have a points gauge which appears to max out at 99, but it can in fact be increased all the way up to 999. The pay grade increases along with it, maxing out at 435%.
Since with each Salmon Run the gauge resets to 40 points if you are above that in Profreshional, it would take quite the marathon of consecutive hours to reach that high!

So every 200 power eggs you get is equivalent to a golden egg, then that score is multiplied by your pay grade.
