So last game i joined a random match of league (unranked). Me being in a totally random mood i decided to go jungle Darius. The enemy turned out to have no jungler so that meant double top and bot and 1 mid. Right off the bat they stole my blue and seeing as Darius is extremely (and i mean EXTREMELY) mana hungry, this devastated my jungling even more. Is there any way to get back from this setback? Im not asking how to get back if the enemy steals blue, im asking more specifically how to get back to jungling after the enemy steals blue with a poor jungling champ.

Yes, it's worth it to pick another jungler. It does not necessarily have to be a counter-pick though, which probably needs some explanation:
- The advantages you gave for having a jungler hold for your team as well.
- What you labelled as 'more effective' does not really require a jungler at all (coordinate your team to kill the enemy jungler [wards!] or steal a buff)
- Your downsides are too situation dependent:
- If behind enemy lines, you better know what you're doing. You have to be sure that your champ can live up to the enemy jungler and you have to make double sure that all other enemies are on their lanes. While it is a downside, it's one for which the risk can be dealt with.
- If their jungler is higher level than you, then either you have to improve your jungling, or you got killed/hindered before. Shouldn't happen for the first creep round, unless someone messed up their early game (see below)
- same as 1. Do not get killed in the enemy jungle. The enemy jungler shouldn't be able to kill you (or you shouldn't enter his lair!) and if you get ganked it's your fault for losing track of your enemies. If you suspect only a single enemy missing that might come for you, you better be on your way back to your jungle.
Anyways, double jungle teams are quite a common thing, because neither team wants to ignore the advantages gained by having a jungler. However, it also means that your team should know how to deal with that situation. Here's a few tips for general two-junglers-play:
- Prepare for more ganks on both sides. For both junglers it's usually safer to gank, than to visit the other side's forest.
- Make your jungle starting save. Not getting harassed while you get your first buff is extremely important. The team should realize this and protect you. Place your mates into the forest access points near the river to watch out for early ganks. Only let them leave, once the buff is save.
- Of course, you can turn this around too and try to gank the enemy jungler with your team. Not just a single counter-picked champ, but 2+ champs.
As you can see, two junglers are possible, do make sense, and generally lead to very fast and intensive gameplay. Beware on random groups though, as a two-jungler game demands a lot more from all players and failure is easy to achieve in that setting.
He simply is strong. Its like saying "what counters a shyvana jungle". well... nothing. His ganks are strong. Ward correctly and push out (its really hard to gank for a olaf if the lane is pushed, cause if he comes form behind and throws a axe, he has to run past you to pick it up -> easy escape), or alternativly freeze the lane as long as possible, since Olaf is strongest in the early- mid game phase (first 4-5 lvls). Dont invade, he will destroy you. As mid or jungler, ward your own jungle entrances, if he trys to counterjungle get him with 3-4 people. Since most Olafs take Ghost, he is actually fairly easy to kill if you "find" him in your jungle, since he cant just flash over a wall. If you know the enemy is jungling Olaf in champ select, pick Champs that have early escape or high mobility champs in general (Ahri, Gragas, Galio for mid, Shyvana, Lee Sin, Noc for jungle) and just avoid fighting him in the early lvls.
EDIT: Jungle Olaf is REALLY blue dependend. Means after lvl 7, he is not that big of an problem anymore. If you have a really really strong lvl 1 setup, you can invade and get his blue, resulting in him beeing weaker through the rest of the game. Dont try this if your lvl 1 isnt really good, cause Olaf himself is a beast lvl 1, spammable, 2 sec cd aoe nuke with his Axe will win him nearly every lvl 1 fight.

As I understand it Darius jungles just fine, so you may want to look up some guides on Mobafire or your site of preference as your probably doing it wrong if your having that much difficulty.
In addition, the easiest way to counter a blue steal (aside from counter stealing), is to spam Mana Potions. You'd be amazed how much 5 mana pots and a Faerie Charm helps your mana.
Your gold is going to suffer a little bit from the Potions at 35 gold each, and the Charm which is another 180, however the Charm can be sold back for almost its full price, 126 gold, which isnt too bad. With these you should have no problem continuing your clear.
This is not the only option one has, as I've already mentioned, the best thing to do is get your team to react fast and counter-steal the enemy team's blue. Another tactic is to simply duo top for a short while until your strong enough to jungle without needing blue so badly.
