I just received a ghost invitation to join a ranked team.
Is there any way to see who are the members of that team?

Usualy the best picks is Support and AD carry as first 2 picks, then jungler, then mid and then top. Top is usualy the place where the most counterpicking is so try make pick top as lastpick. Unless you can get one of those perma-banned champs like shen/morg/shaco since they all got very safe lane phases.
If you visit an individual's profile page, there are tabs at the very top. These tabs will display the individual's Summoner Name as well as the names of any teams they are on.
Select any team to view their Roster and Statistics. You can also see their history via the history button in the top menu. It will look something like this:
If you'd like the see the match history of another team, you can search for them in the box to the upper right (outlined in the above image in green). You can use either the team name (e.g. "Counter Logic Gaming") or their team tag (e.g. "CLG").

When clicking on the invitation it will bring you to the team page where members are listed and you have to click a button that says accept.
You can also search ranked teams from the profile page and clicking on the tab ranked teams then using the search bar and type in the name of the team that sent the invitation.
