[SalesForce] Email notification to queue members not firing

I have a case Assignment rule set up to add cases to a queue.

I have set up the queue with members and checked the 'send notification email', but when I create a case, the case is assigned to the queue but email notification is not sent.

I made sure the deliverability in email administration is 'all emails'.

When you add an entry to your case assignment rules, there is a field that says "Email Template", if that field remains empty, the members of the queue will not receive any notification, you must choose an email template.
